ReportAlert Recommended Best Practices:
- Schedule your ReportAlert a couple of days to a week after your initial report launch
- Reduce stress with the assurance that all of your report components are working properly and links are live when we distribute the ReportAlert to our vast network.
- Enhance visibility by creating a sustained push for your report communication beyond your initial launch announcement on other channels. This can help to extend the life of the report.
- Use an original headline to captivate readers, such as “Zero Waste, Carbon Neutral and 90% Organic by 2025”. Avoid generic headlines such as “X Company Releases 2017 Sustainability Report.”
- Include hyperlinks within the announcement text to showcase and drive awareness towards specific initiatives and accomplishments.
