How do I send a Special Announcement? 

Follow these Special Announcement fulfillment instructions.  

Important Due Dates:

Materials: 5 business days before the distribution date
Final approval: 2 business days before distribution date

Fulfillment Process Overview

  1. The materials for your announcement are due five business days before the scheduled distribution date. At this point, draft assets are acceptable and you will be able to edit the content after receiving your initial preview. Please send materials to us at assets@reportalert.info.
  2. After materials are submitted, the fulfillment team will share a preview of your announcement. 
  3. We can make edits to the preview up until the deadline for final approval. You’ll receive an updated preview after each round of edits for your review.
  4. We will need final approval, after which no further changes can be made, two business days ahead of the scheduled distribution date. 

Materials Needed for Special Announcement

  • Corporate Logo: Minimum of 282px wide, jpeg or png
  • Unique Headline: Maximum character count is 150
  • Body Text: Word doc, approximately 750 words or fewer, preferably written in the third person.  
  • Announcement Link: Link to the announcement on the company’s website
  • Organization Stock Ticker Symbol (if applicable): and stock exchange it’s traded on
  • Image (optional): Minimum of 792x528px, jpeg or png
  • Media Contact Info (optional): Name or department (such as “Media Relations”), phone number, and/or email address.
